Challenge
The new site positioned Podium Studios at the level of the brands they work with. Clean visual identity, video-first layout, and a CMS they can manage independently. The project ended in an ongoing retainer the client trusted the work enough to keep the relationship long-term.
Approach
Full redesign from scratch. New visual identity designed in Figma, then built entirely in Webflow. The focus was on making their video work the hero of every page interactions and animations built with GSAP to support that. Added a blog system with category filters and heavy SEO work across all pages so they could rank and manage content without touching code.
Results
Podium Studios went from a site that didn't match their work to one that does. Video-first layout, custom GSAP interactions, and a CMS they control without touching code. Heavy SEO work across pages, blog, and tags built to rank and grow with the business.
